If you have an idea that you could see yourself standing on top of the highest mountain on this planet, you need two months to prepare and to go through the rotations, to give you the best chance of success in summiting Mount Everest, to get there, you can also experience Everest base camp.
The tailored program of this can stretch all the way through to two months, or we can reduce it down to 34 days. So depending on your time allocation, we can tailor that according to what your needs are, the preparation and training phase for this is critically important. And we work very closely with you on that. We’re there on the mountain with you, including myself. And also when we come back after the epic experience, the recovery, the nutrition plan, making sure that you are okay is also catered for.
So that phase and algorithm is something that’s really important because after the experience you need to recover, it takes everything out of you. It depletes your fat reserves, it depletes muscle reserves. It depletes also your energy. So from a sports science point of view, from a mountaineering point of view, from a fitness training and preparation point of view, we’ve got it all.
